Terms and Conditions for Booking the Nat\u2019elier Pastel de Nata Masterclass<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. General<\/h5>\n

These terms govern all bookings for the Pastel de Nata Masterclasses conducted by Nat\u2019elier. By booking a class through our official website, you agree to these terms.<\/p>\n


2. Class Information<\/h5>\n

\u2022 Capacity: Each group Pastel de Nata Masterclass has a maximum of 12 participants.
\u2022 Instructor: Classes are taught by a Nat\u2019elier pastry chef, such as Chef Jo\u00e3o Batalha, or by other chefs trained directly under his guidance who represent the Nat\u2019elier brand, such as Chef S\u00edlvia Sousa.
\u2022 Session Details: Group classes are conducted in English and\/or Portuguese, covering both practical and theoretical aspects of making Pastel de Nata. Each session lasts approximately 2 hours, and all necessary materials are provided. Classes conducted entirely in French or Spanish may also be available upon request.

3. Booking and Payment<\/h5>\n

To secure your spot in the masterclass, bookings must be made through the Nat\u2019elier website, with full payment required at the time of booking.<\/p>\n


4. Cancellation by Participants<\/h5>\n

\u2022 Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your booking and request a full refund up to 7 days before the class date. For cancellations and refunds within the specified period, please email masterclass@natelier.pt.
\u2022 Late Cancellation: If you cancel less than 7 days in advance or fail to attend, the full payment will be forfeited.<\/p>\n


5. Rescheduling<\/h5>\n

Nat\u2019elier will try to accommodate rescheduling requests, but cannot guarantee availability. Requests must be made by email to masterclass@natelier.pt. Availability of new time slots and any applicable additional fees may apply.<\/p>\n


6. Cancellation by Nat\u2019elier<\/h5>\n

If a class is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, all participants will be notified in a timely manner. Before finalizing any cancellation, Nat\u2019elier will make every effort to reschedule the class, subject to availability. If it is not possible to find a mutually convenient time, a full refund will be issued. Nat\u2019elier is not responsible for any other expenses arising from the cancellation.<\/p>\n


7. Refunds<\/h5>\n

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, through the same platform where the booking was made, and may take up to 10 business days to be received. Nat\u2019elier is not responsible for currency fluctuations or any bank fees related to the processing of the refund.<\/p>\n
