1. General

These terms govern all bookings for the Pastel de Nata Masterclasses conducted by Nat’elier. By booking a class through our official website, you agree to these terms.

2. Class Information

• Capacity: Each group Pastel de Nata Masterclass has a maximum of 12 participants.
• Instructor: Classes are taught by a Nat’elier pastry chef, such as Chef João Batalha, or by other chefs trained directly under his guidance who represent the Nat’elier brand.
• Session Details: Group classes are conducted in English and/or Portuguese, covering both practical and theoretical aspects of making Pastel de Nata. Each session lasts approximately 2 hours, and all necessary materials are provided. Classes conducted entirely in French or Spanish may also be available upon request.

3. Booking and Payment

To secure your spot in the masterclass, bookings must be made through the Nat’elier website, with full payment required at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation by Participants

• Cancellation and refund policy: Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the channel through which the booking was made. For bookings made directly through the Nat’elier website, tickets for group classes may be cancelled with a full refund up to 24 hours before the experience, and private bookings up to 7 days before. In the case of corporate events or other customized bookings, the conditions indicated in the proposal included in the email sent by Nat’elier at the time of booking shall apply. For bookings made through external platforms or partners, the terms and conditions of those respective entities shall apply.
• Late cancellations and no-shows: Cancellations made outside the applicable deadline or failure to attend shall result in the loss of the amount paid.

5. Rescheduling

Nat’elier will try to accommodate rescheduling requests, but cannot guarantee availability. Requests must be made by email to masterclass@natelier.pt. Availability of new time slots and any applicable additional fees may apply.

6. Cancellation by Nat’elier

If a class is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, all participants will be notified in a timely manner. Before finalizing any cancellation, Nat’elier will make every effort to reschedule the class, subject to availability. If it is not possible to find a mutually convenient time, a full refund will be issued. Nat’elier is not responsible for any other expenses arising from the cancellation.

7. Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, through the same platform where the booking was made, and may take up to 10 business days to be received. Nat’elier is not responsible for currency fluctuations or any bank fees related to the processing of the refund.
