Nat’elier celebrates Easter with two new creations that reinvent the classic egg-shaped nata.

Inspired by the iconic flavours of Franuí and Lótus, these limited-edition Easter natas combine tradition, creativity and contrasting textures for a surprising experience.

The Franuí Easter Nata is an egg-shaped pastel de nata dipped in chocolate, filled with raspberry and milk chocolate, and finished with the iconic Franuí coating — a vibrant contrast between the acidity of raspberry and the richness of chocolate.

The Lotus Easter Nata, on the other hand, delivers a creamier and more comforting experience. Dipped in white chocolate, it is filled with Lotus biscuit cream and finished with a crunchy Lotus biscuit coating, creating a rich, caramelised and perfectly balanced combination.

“Easter is about tradition, but also emotion and surprise. We wanted to reinterpret a symbol as iconic as the egg in our own way, while never losing the identity of the nata. The result is two creations designed to spark curiosity and bring people together,”

says João Batalha, Head Chef and Co-founder of Nat’elier.

Available only from 1 March to 30 April, in store and at our kiosk in Oeiras, these two exclusive flavours invite all pastry lovers to celebrate Easter, because honouring tradition can also mean reinventing it and transforming it into a truly memorable experience.

Pre-orders will be available from 10 March via email: lynn@natelier.pt.

Orders will not be accepted by telephone. Payment to be made upon collection.
