Terms and Conditions for Booking the Pastel de Nata Masterclass at Nat'elier

 1. General

These terms govern all bookings for Pastel de Nata Masterclasses conducted by Nat'elier. By booking a class through our official website, you agree to these terms.

2. Class Information

- Capacity: Each group Pastel de Nata Masterclass has a maximum capacity of 12 participants.

- Instructor: Classes are taught by a Nat'elier pastry chef, either by chef João Batalha or by other chefs trained directly under his guidance and representing the Nat'elier brand, such as chef Silvia Sousa or chef Valeria Barros da Costa.

- Session Details: Group classes are conducted in English and/or Portuguese, covering both practical and theoretical aspects of making Pastel de Nata. Each session lasts approximately 2 hours, and all necessary materials are provided. Classes fully in French or Spanish may also be available upon request.

3. Booking and Payment

To secure a spot in our masterclass, bookings must be made through the Nat'elier website, where you will be required to make full payment at the time of booking.

 4. Cancellation by Participants

- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your booking and request a full refund up to 7 days before the class date. For cancellation and refunds within the established time, kindly send a message to masterclass@natelier.pt

- Late Cancellation:  If you cancel less than 7 days before the class or fail to show up, you will forfeit the entire payment.

5. Rescheduling

Wewill try to accommodate rescheduling requests, but cannot guarantee availability. Requests must be made via email masterclass@natelier.pt. Availability of new slots and potential additional charges may apply.

6. Cancellation by Nat'elier

 If a class is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances by Nat'elier, all participants will be notified in a timely manner. Prior to finalizing any cancellation, we will make every effort to reschedule the class, subject to availability. Should we not be able to find a mutual timing beneficial to both parties, then a full refund will be given. Nat'elier is not liable for any other expenses incurred due to the cancellation.

7. Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method through the same platform where the booking was made and might take up to 10 business days to be received. Nat'elier is not responsible for currency fluctuations or any bank fees related to the processing of the refund.
