1. PAYMENT and BOOKING CONFIRMATION

1.1 Reservation and Deposit

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit amounting to 50% of the total cost of the masterclass. This deposit must be paid via wire transfer to the following account details:

1.2 Final Payment

The remaining balance, which is 50% of the total cost of the masterclass, is due no later than 7 days prior to the event. This payment should be made using the same wire transfer details provided for the deposit.
Failure to complete this payment may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the forfeiture of the deposit.



1.3 Invoicing

Upon completion of the final payment, we will issue a final invoice. To facilitate this, please provide us with the following details:

  • Name/Company Name
  • Address
  • VAT/TAX Number

These details should be sent to us via email at masterclass@natelier.pt. We will ensure the invoice reflects all payments made towards the masterclass.



2. CANCELLATIONS


2.1 Cancellations by the Customer

Customers may cancel their participation in the masterclass by providing written notice via email.
Cancellation fees are as follows:

  • More than 21 days before the event: The customer forfeits 10% of the initial deposit as an administrative fee.
  • More than 7 days but less than 21 days before the event: The customer forfeits the entire initial deposit, which amounts to 50% of the total cost of the masterclass.
  • Less than 7 days before the event or in case of a no-show: No refund will be issued, and the full 100% of the total cost of the masterclass will be charged.

Note: The customer is responsible for any fluctuations and foreign exchange losses incurred on the
refund amount.


2.2 Re-scheduling

If a customer wishes to reschedule a masterclass for which a deposit has already been paid, we will attempt to accommodate this request as a gesture of goodwill, but it cannot be guaranteed. If rescheduling is not possible, the standard cancellation fees apply.


2.3 Cancellations by Nat’elier

Nat’elier is committed to providing high-quality masterclasses and experiences. However, we reserve the right to cancel a masterclass in certain situations where the quality of the event might be compromised. In such cases, we will notify customers as early as possible and offer:

  • An alternative date for the masterclass, or
  • A full refund of any payments made.
